Degreasing → washing → pickling → water washing → washing → blackening → washing → washing → sealing → drying

Degrease: must clean thoroughly, recommend to use LF-101 degrease king, 3-5% water, room temperature -60℃ treatment for 10-25 minutes.

Water washing: use clean tap water overflow washing, room temperature cleaning 1-3 minutes.

Pickling activation: it is recommended to use LF-110 oil and rust removal two-in-one cleaning agent, raw liquid or 1:1-5 water distribution, room temperature treatment for about 15 minutes. Pickling activation is an important process of blackening treatment, one is conducive to activating the hardened layer on the surface of steel, the other is conducive to the second degreasing cleaning on the surface of the workpiece.

Water washing: use high pressure water gun to wash with clean tap water for 1-2 minutes. This process can also be replaced by immersion cleaning.

Steel blackening: LF-710 steel blackening agent at room temperature, generally 1:2-4 water treatment, high carbon steel (such as foundry casting) recommended 1:4-5 water treatment, room temperature 1-5 minutes or so. After cleaning, the parts without oil scale, rust scale and activation are quickly immersed in the blackening working solution, the gap is lifted up and down for 2 ~ 3 times, soaked for 1 ~ 5 minutes, then removed, stay in the air for natural oxidation for 1 ~ 2 minutes, then rinse and rinse with running water. (You can repeat this step to deepen the thickness of the black film on the surface, but the black layer should not be too thick, otherwise the film on the surface is easy to detach)

Water washing: use clean tap water overflow washing, room temperature cleaning 1-3 minutes.

Closed: Use LF-628 dehydrated anti-rust oil treatment (the original liquid at room temperature), will have blackened and washed with water and rinsed parts immersed in dehydrated anti-rust oil closed for 3-5 minutes, and up and down 3-5 times, if the workpiece surface is relatively dry, can be used LF-638 quick drying solvent sealer treatment (the original liquid at room temperature, 1-2 minutes treatment); Lf-688 water-soluble sealer can also be used for sealing treatment (1:2 water, room temperature -90℃ treatment for 1-3 minutes).

Dry: natural drying or drying.
