Scheme two: LF-127 copper bright cleaning agent cleaning (environmental protection hydrogen peroxide type)

Workpiece → LF-109 degreasing oil removal → overflow washing (about three lines) → LF-127 copper bright cleaning agent cleaning (50% bath bath, 45℃, 0.5-3.5min) → washing → LF-109 degreasing film removal (5% bath bath, room temperature, 0.5-1.5min) → water washing three lines Lf-521 copper anti-discoloration → washing → drying → next process or finished product packaging

Solution three: LF-128 copper bright cleaning agent cleaning (inorganic acid type)

Workpiece →LF-109 degrease degrease → overflow washing (about three lines) →LF-128 copper bright cleaning agent cleaning (raw liquid use, room temperature, 0.5-2min) → overflow washing (about three lines) → ultrasonic cleaning (workpiece without blind hole can be saved) → centrifuge shake drying →LF-521 copper anti-color → washing → centrifuge shake drying (synchronous drying) → Inspection → next process or finished product packaging.
